Clap Along to Darfur Refugee Soccer from i-ACT on Vimeo.

Turn up the sound and get ready to clap along, watching Guisma and her brothers experience the joy of play. Their family has experienced extreme suffering and hardship, with siblings killed and dying of disease. The older ones barely remember Darfur, their home, and the younger ones have lived their entire lives as refugees. As violence engulfs the region around them, it is important to take a moment and reflect on the importance of play and allowing children to be children. Football, the beautiful game, offers joy like few other games do. In 2014, we commit to more love-in-action towards children. Please join us in action—and in clapping along!

Peace,
Gabriel
