Happy Thanksgiving from eastern Chad! We are so grateful to be celebrating out here, near our Darfuri family. Being daily surrounded by refugees who have been away from their homeland for over a decade certainly reminds us to be thankful for everything we have back home, and it motivates us to work harder.
While speaking with some refugees today, they expressed their thankfulness for their health, as well as for the supporters whom they know they have in the United States and elsewhere. They desired to wish you all a “Happy Thanksgiving.”
We are also incredibly thankful for all of you. You are the reason we can be here and work alongside the refugees in creating a better future for them.
Thank you.
Peace,
Sara-Christine and Felicia

Tuesday, December 1, 2015 is a global day of giving.
Join iACT in starting a ripple of hope. Our Giving Tuesday goal is to build a new Little Ripples Pond, provide education for 45 refugee girls and boys, and train and employ two refugee women teachers. Your gift of $25 towards a $5,000 goal will allow us to do so.
